This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to deliver therapy from your own space while connecting with clients via secure telehealth platforms. You will be supported by a collaborative team of professionals who value innovative approaches to mental health treatment. Although working remotely, you will have opportunities for regular team meetings and case consults to ensure comprehensive support for your clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, effectively formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities designed to address the unique needs and objectives of each client.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategies for clients facing acute mental health challenges or emergencies.
• Document and maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards of confidentiality.
• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their journey to wellness.
• Commit to ongoing professional development, staying informed of best practices and latest therapeutic techniques through workshops, training, and relevant literature.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, families facing complex dynamics, and couples navigating relationship issues. This range presents an enriching opportunity to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client, making use of a multi-faceted approach to promote healing and growth.

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills informed by evidence-based practices.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a capability of building rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Dedication to ethical practice and the highest professional standards in mental health care.

• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, although candidates with robust internship experiences may also be considered.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital client management systems is advantageous.
