This full-time remote position allows for flexibility and ensures that you can provide care from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. We integrate modern telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring that you remain connected to your clients while also balancing your personal needs. We follow a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional adjustments based on client requirements.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to gather relevant information.
• Prepare and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' individual goals and therapeutic preferences, adapting as extra needs arise through ongoing evaluation.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Work collaboratively with clients to develop and practice effective coping strategies, guiding them through real-life application and regularly reviewing progress.
• Maintain confidential and detailed client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards while ensuring that documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and reflective of client progress.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending supervision sessions, case consultations, and training workshops, to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Each client brings their unique stories and challenges, and it’s your role to foster an environment of trust and openness where these stories can be shared and addressed without judgment. Your work contributes significantly to improving their mental health outcomes and overall quality of life.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure.
• Proficient interpersonal skills combined with cultural competence to engage effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice, ongoing learning, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

• Experience working in mental health settings, providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems will be advantageous as we conduct therapy in a remote setting.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
