Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, creating personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate coping strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA standards and ethical practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of clients' well-being.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment modalities, and community resources to enhance their understanding and advocacy for their needs.
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and peer supervision to stay updated on best practices and innovative therapeutic methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Liscensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in California.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling is strongly preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
