• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and assess therapeutic interventions designed to promote positive client outcomes and progress toward recovery.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, and fellow social workers to form a cohesive treatment strategy for each client.

Your primary focus will be on clients undergoing rehabilitation in a hospice setting. These individuals often face complex emotional challenges, including severe anxiety, depression, and trauma stemming from chronic illnesses or end-of-life concerns. You will be instrumental in providing empathetic support, utilizing solution-focused therapy methods that address each client’s unique circumstances.

• Hold a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active LCSW license in the state of Georgia, ensuring compliance with all professional regulations.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that enhance communication with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, emphasizing a collaborative approach to client care.

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or hospice setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and solution-focused therapy techniques.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems to document client interactions and treatment plans.
