This remote position allows counselors to work from anywhere, providing specialized services to a diverse client base. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client, ensuring high-quality care and collaboration with the client and other mental health professionals.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and other empirically supported modalities.
• Engage actively with the Clinical Director to facilitate program activities that enhance therapeutic experiences for all patients.
• Document ongoing assessments and client progress using approved electronic health record platforms, ensuring compliance with state and organizational regulations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic strategies and interventions, regularly adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and emotional development.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, fostering collaboration with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff to support the overall wellness of clients.
• Contribute to the credentialing committee to promote high standards of care and to uphold organizational excellence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include outreach activities, client feedback reviews, and participation in training and development opportunities.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including children, families, and individuals facing various mental health challenges. You will be responsible for addressing developmental differences and tailoring your approach to suit the unique needs of each client while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field.
• Current licensure in the state of Washington as an LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Strong grounding in various empirically supported therapy modalities, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to different client needs.
• A commitment to providing exceptional client care, with a focus on using client feedback to enhance therapeutic interventions.
• Open-mindedness and the willingness to learn from colleagues and other professional disciplines to improve treatment approaches.

• A minimum of two years of experience working with children and families, particularly those dealing with developmental differences.
• Proven ability to implement effective treatment plans and demonstrate measurable outcomes related to therapeutic engagement and client satisfaction.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000. As a W2 employee, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
