As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and facilitate accurate diagnoses.
• Design and implement personalized therapy plans that reflect evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and behavioral interventions, to deliver effective counseling sessions.
• Maintain detailed and organized client records, ensuring compliance with best practices in documentation and confidentiality standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of emerging mental health trends.

You will work primarily with diverse individuals and couples facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar role is necessary.

While the core qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates who possess a Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field. Additionally, experience working in a remote setting or with a digital client management system is beneficial.
