• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children's needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Actively participate in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each child.
• Monitor progress and outcomes, adjusting intervention strategies based on ongoing assessments and family feedback.
• Provide families with the essential tools, skills, and information to enhance their child's development, strengthening the overall support system.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment framework to deliver interventions in ways that are relatable and engaging for children.
• Establish rapport with children and their families, fostering a trusting relationship that enhances learning and development.
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations, safeguarding the health and safety of clients and staff members alike.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be focusing on children from birth to three years of age who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. The role emphasizes family-centered approaches, ensuring that each child’s unique needs are understood and met. This encompasses physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill development, allowing children to flourish during these crucial early years.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as required by the Department of Public Health.
