This position allows for a primarily remote work setting while requiring occasional visits to the clinic in Jackson, Georgia, for team meetings and collaborative care as needed. Our clinic is equipped with modern telehealth capabilities, enabling efficient communication and collaboration among team members and with clients. You will work within a vibrant team of licensed professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, all dedicated to fostering collaboration and integrated care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to effectively evaluate clients' mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will utilize these assessments to tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that resonate with clients' unique needs. These plans will utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities catered to each individual’s circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adopting methodologies suitable for various issues faced by clients, ensuring each session is inclusive and supportive.

• Collaborate with fellow treatment team members to coordinate care, sharing insights and strategies to provide comprehensive support that addresses physical, emotional, and psychological health.

• Offer guidance and resources to clients' families, encouraging their participation in the recovery process and fostering a supportive home environment.

• Maintain precise and confidential records as specified by ethical guidelines and regulatory bodies, ensuring that all documentation is seamless and compliant.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
