Clarity Happiness Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. • Provide evidence-based treatment to a diverse range of clients, utilizing telehealth platforms such as videoconferencing and telephone sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Facilitate intake evaluations, individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling as required.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and assessments in compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
• Offer referrals to additional services and interventions, ensuring a holistic approach to the patient’s recovery process.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. Our patient population values empathy and understanding, and as a LICSW, your ability to build rapport will be vital in fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• At least 2 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working remotely, demonstrating effective communication and time management skills.
• Access to a reliable computer, webcam, high-speed internet connection, and a private space conducive to conducting virtual sessions.

• Experience working within a detox or recovery-focused treatment center environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Demonstrable skills in conducting group therapy and facilitating family therapy.
