This role is responsible for accurately entering orders, maintaining records, and ensuring timely processing of business transactions.

The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

• Accurately enter customer orders, invoices, and transaction data into internal systems
• Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Maintain and update digital records, databases, and documentation
• Process order-related communications and coordinate with internal teams as needed
• Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks and adherence to deadlines
• Assist with generating reports, summaries, and documentation
• Respond to internal inquiries related to order status and data records
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information

• 1–2+ years of experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support preferred
• Strong typing speed with high accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
