• Conduct thorough assessments to ascertain clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and interpersonal therapy, adapting approaches as required to best support client progression.
• Regularly monitor client progress through comprehensive evaluations and adjust treatment strategies accordingly, ensuring that therapy remains effective and responsive to clients' changing needs.

Your work will primarily involve adult clients facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
