Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health challenges and emotional well-being, identifying their unique needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and therapeutic outcomes for each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions that are catered to various demographics.
• Monitor client progress meticulously and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Deliver crisis intervention support, responding promptly to client emergencies and facilitating appropriate referrals as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive care plan that addresses both immediate and long-term client needs.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and supervision sessions.
• Uphold the ethical guidelines and professional standards set by relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various cultural backgrounds and with differing mental health diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, enabling you to accurately identify client needs and formulate effective treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, crucial for building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies, adapting traditional practices to remote settings.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, alongside opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
