You will utilize our online platform for conducting sessions via secure video chat, ensuring an engaging and effective therapeutic experience for your clients.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy to adults, utilizing evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Conduct initial assessments to determine client needs and create personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation.
• Document client sessions meticulously to maintain clear and concise records that reflect treatment progress and client feedback.
• Engage in continuous professional development through collaboration with colleagues, sharing best practices, and participating in training programs.
• Manage a caseload of clients while ensuring adherence to ethical standards and licensing requirements, maintaining a clean record.
• Engage with clients using our telehealth platform efficiently, maintaining professionalism and compassion throughout each session.

Your client base will primarily consist of adults seeking mental health support for a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will work closely with individuals to foster a safe environment where they can explore their thoughts and feelings, facilitating their journey towards improved emotional health. Our commitment to diversity ensures that you will engage with a broad spectrum of backgrounds and life experiences, enriching your practice and understanding of mental health.

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active and valid license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Two or more years of demonstrated experience providing therapeutic care to adults in a clinical setting.
• Strong writing skills for documentation purposes; adept at maintaining organized and detailed client records.
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by licensing boards in any jurisdiction.

• Experience with various evidence-based treatment modalities beyond CBT is highly valued.
• A background in technology-driven therapeutic practices is advantageous but not required.
• Prior experience in a community health setting is a plus, as it aligns with our mission of accessible care.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to welcome new team members.
