• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' histories, strengths, and challenges, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral techniques, to support clients in their mental health journey.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to strict confidentiality and compliance standards, ensuring that all client interactions are well-recorded and traceable.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health, coping mechanisms, and available resources, empowering them to take an active role in their healing process.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and treatment methodologies to continually enhance clinical practice.

In your role as an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will engage with a diverse demographic, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other significant mental health disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with a treatment team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Experience working in community health settings, particularly with underrepresented populations, is beneficial.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, which streamline clinical documentation and case management.
