A full time remote job means that you work the standard hours required for a full time position, usually 35-40 hours per week, but you do so from a location outside of a traditional office setting, such as your home or another remote location. Communication and collaboration typically occur through digital tools like email, chat, and video conferencing. Working full time in a remote role often requires strong self-motivation and excellent time management skills, as you may not have the same level of direct supervision or in-person interaction as in a traditional office setting. Common challenges include maintaining work-life balance, staying connected with your team, and minimizing distractions at home.
