As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with us, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs through interviews and evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans integrating evidence-based, solution-focused interventions.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, adapting approaches as needed to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to foster a holistic approach to patient care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance care quality and team knowledge.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health, fostering a supportive environment that empowers them through knowledge.
• Stay informed about new research and clinical practices in the mental health field to enhance treatment efficacy.

You will have the enriching opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy or related mental health services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based therapeutic techniques.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills that foster effective therapeutic relationships.
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Candidates with experience in community health, trauma-informed care, or specialized therapy techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) are highly preferred. Exposure to telehealth services or remote counseling will be an advantage as we continue to adapt our practice.
