• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, utilizing standardized methods to gauge emotional and psychological well-being.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client, using evidence-based practices.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, offering individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address various mental health disorders.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, responding promptly to clients in acute distress and formulating immediate action plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records that comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring client's privacy is rigorously protected.
• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive mental health care across various platforms.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in mental health treatment and research, integrating new knowledge into practice.
• Participate in continuing education and professional supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Empathy and compassion, coupled with a genuine dedication to client well-being.
• Capability to work autonomously while also being an effective team player.
• Knowledge of relevant ethical guidelines and regulations governing mental health practice.
• A commitment to professional growth, including ongoing training and development.

• A minimum of three years’ experience as a mental health counselor is mandatory, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Experience in a community health setting and working with diverse populations is advantageous.
