• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mood disorders' severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients, focusing on their unique needs, preferences, and goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.
• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders and treatment options, equipping them with self-care strategies to promote mental wellness.
• Regularly track and evaluate clients' progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and medical professionals to provide unified care, enhancing the overall treatment experience.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to continually refine your therapeutic approach.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to foster a culture of feedback, continuous improvement, and professional development.
• Advocate for clients proactively, working to reduce stigma associated with mood disorders and ensure their mental health needs are met.

The client population served at our clinic includes individuals grappling with various mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our aim is to provide a nurturing and understanding environment conducive to healing, enabling clients to navigate their mental health challenges with the guidance of skilled professionals who are invested in their well-being.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly in mood disorders, is necessary.
• A robust understanding of psychopharmacology and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals is highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build rapport with a diverse patient base.

• Experience delivering therapeutic interventions for mood-related disorders in an outpatient setting.
• A proven track record of achieving positive client outcomes through targeted treatment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and case management.
