• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new and existing clients, evaluating their psychological well-being to tailor appropriate treatment interventions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, clinical guidelines, and patient input.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to address individual patient needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing patients' emotional resilience, coping skills, and overall mental well-being.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create an integrated care plan for each client.
• Participate in crisis intervention and management, providing timely support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, enabling informed decision-making regarding treatment options and community resources available to them.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions and therapy sessions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and continuous education to stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health care.
• Contribute to team discussions and case reviews to gain insights and provide support to fellow team members.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population grappling with a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-related issues. • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and trauma-informed care principles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information and document therapy sessions effectively.

• Two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of client cases.
• Experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings.
• Strong crisis intervention skills, demonstrating the capability to provide support during high-stress situations.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
