• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental and emotional health through comprehensive assessments, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to gather relevant information.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs and goals of each client, integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes and addressing any emerging issues.
• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients undergoing significant distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as ethical standards governing mental health practice.
• Engage with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and streamline treatment processes.
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health treatment to effectively incorporate new methodologies into practice.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance clinical competencies and professional growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Adhere to the ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and relevant legislative frameworks.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective rapport with clients and collaboration with team members.

A minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related area is required for this position. Your background should reflect comprehensive experience in therapeutic interventions, crisis management, and assessment techniques, as well as a familiarity with diverse treatment methodologies appropriate for various client populations.
