This position will primarily operate from a remote setting, with opportunities for occasional visits to the outpatient office located in Saint Petersburg for team meetings and collaborative sessions. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological well-being of clients, utilizing standardized tools and interviewing techniques.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Track and monitor clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation and feedback.
• Engage in crisis intervention when required, providing immediate support and developing safety plans for clients in acute distress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Cardinal Behavioral Health Center offers an attractive compensation package, including a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
