• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental health conditions, ensuring accurate clinical diagnoses and the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver individual, group, and family therapy, incorporating feedback and tailoring interventions to meet specific client goals.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, involving psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to create a cohesive care model for clients.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and educate them and their families about treatment options, mental health concerns, and available community resources.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, staying informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. Our holistic approach considers not just the immediate needs of clients, but also their long-term growth, resilience, and integration into the community. The multidisciplinary nature of our clinic allows for a rich collaborative environment to support holistic mental health recovery.

• Possession of a valid mental health licensure: LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• At least two years of experience in a related mental health role.
• Strong verbal communication skills, coupled with effective interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards at all times.

• Previous experience in a clinical or community health setting is preferred.
• Experience with computer-based record-keeping systems and teletherapy tools.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral networks in Tennessee.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
