• Conduct thorough client assessments to establish individualized therapy plans that meet unique client needs and treatment goals.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and family therapy sessions that facilitate healing and growth for individuals and families.
• Maintain accurate and secure records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to offer integrated care and maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings to discuss client progress and devise strategies for improved outcomes.
• Evaluate progress continually and adapt therapeutic interventions as necessary to ensure clients achieve their desired results.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients often come from different cultural backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to provide culturally competent care tailored to their specific needs.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent field from an accredited institution.
• An active LMFT license in the state of Tennessee is required for practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and empathy with clients.
• A proven ability to conduct clinical assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• A minimum of two years of experience in therapeutic settings, particularly working with couples and families.

• Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution strategies.
