As a remote counselor, you will operate largely from your well-appointed home office, ensuring a serene and professional setting for client therapy sessions. This role relies heavily on technology, meaning you will need robust video conferencing capabilities and reliable internet access to deliver services. We prioritize a culture of support and collaboration amongst team members, encouraging open communication and professional development through virtual meetings and shared resources.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support client healing and progress.
• Assess clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans that consider their circumstances, goals, and preferences.
• Maintain professional integrity by ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, using a standardized electronic health record system.
• Utilize your clinical judgment to make recommendations for referrals to other health professionals or community resources when appropriate.
• Participate in regular supervision and case discussions to share insights and ensure adherence to best practices in mental health care.
• Engage in self-care and professional development, focusing on personal well-being and continuous learning within the mental health field.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will also support families facing communal challenges, ensuring that therapeutic interventions address the various dynamics present. With a commitment to inclusivity and cultural sensitivity, you will strive to adapt your approaches to meet the unique cultural and social backgrounds of your clients.

• A relevant Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) is mandatory.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a counseling practice, especially in delivering remote therapy.
• Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining clear and detailed documentation, crucial for effective patient care.
• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, focused on enhancing client well-being and fostering positive therapeutic relationships.
• An organized and equipped home office setup to facilitate video sessions with a reliable internet connection.

While the minimum experience required is 2 years, we highly value candidates with additional expertise in various therapeutic methodologies and modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices will also be beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
