• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings, utilizing standardized testing tools to evaluate the mental health status of clients, and collaboratively create individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote effective coping strategies and healing.
• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, embracing an integrative care model to ensure a comprehensive support system for each client.
• Provide consistent support and education to clients’ families, helping them understand mental health challenges and the recovery process, enhancing their involvement in care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress and outcomes.
• Engage in regular supervision and training, allowing for ongoing personal and professional growth within therapeutic methods and practices.

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a variety of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. • A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic techniques and approaches relevant to mental health counseling, showcasing a clear understanding of various disorders and treatment modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families, fostering trust and support throughout their recovery journey.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and maintain timely documentation.

• Experience working in a community health setting or clinic environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.
• Specialized training or certification in a therapeutic approach or modality.

• Competitive salary range from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
