• Manage a proactive caseload, developing strong therapeutic alliances with clients through consistent engagement and communication.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients to assess their development, review upcoming appointments, and determine readiness for transition or discharge.
• Create, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans designed to address clients’ specific goals and mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal requirements.
• Perform thorough intake assessments for new clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment strategies.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-degree is essential to be successful in this role.
• Proficiency with technology is important; familiarity with software tools such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY will enable efficient management of client information and documentation.

• Experience with a diverse population in a remote counseling setting will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and mental health treatment frameworks will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We operate under a fee-for-service model, guaranteeing payment rates are provided in advance of collections, which alleviates payment delays.
