• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to fully understand the needs of each client.
• Collaborate actively with clients to design and implement tailored treatment plans that address their individual challenges, aspirations, and cultural backgrounds.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in diverse formats, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulations, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with strategies to manage and understand mental health conditions effectively.
• Conduct regular treatment outcome assessments, reviewing progress and making necessary adjustments to care plans to optimize client recovery.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices, integrating the latest research and techniques into your clinical approach.
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality regarding client information at all times, ensuring dignity and trust in the therapeutic relationship.

The ideal candidate will work with clients facing various challenges, primarily those navigating the complexities of substance use disorder and associated mental health issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
