• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and existing support systems.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating clear, measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and maintain open lines of communication with other mental health professionals.
• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and formulating comprehensive safety plans for at-risk clients.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that enhance the therapeutic experience for participants.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing staff training sessions to further develop clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families coping with a range of mental health issues, including emotional distress, interpersonal conflicts, and trauma recovery. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through various therapies that cultivate resilience and enhance their capacity to cope with life challenges. • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably focusing on family therapies.
