This is a full-time remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact in your community. Regular business hours are expected, but occasional evening and weekend hours may be needed to accommodate client needs and program activities.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental circumstances to identify their unique challenges and needs.
• Draft and implement individualized service plans that include measurable goals, appropriate interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Provide compassionate counseling and support to individuals and families, utilizing a strengths-based perspective to guide them through various life challenges.
• Develop collaborative relationships with clients, ensuring their active participation in creating effective service plans and linking them to community resources.
• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and establishing safety plans when necessary to protect clients' well-being.
• Work closely with various community agencies and organizations to coordinate services, advocate for client needs, and ensure a comprehensive support network.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about available services and fostering connections with potential clients.
• Attend and contribute to case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to enhance team collaboration and professional development.

Your client focus will encompass a diverse range of individuals and families facing significant social challenges. This may include those experiencing homelessness, victims of domestic violence, individuals struggling with substance use disorders, and families caught in the cycle of poverty. Your role will be critical in guiding them toward supportive resources and fostering resilience within these vulnerable populations.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of social and economic justice issues, community resources, and trauma-informed care practices.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural competence to effectively work with diverse populations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively and creatively.

• Prior experience in a social service agency or related setting is highly preferred, providing an understanding of the complexities involved in social work.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and experience working with a variety of client demographics.
