Work Arrangement:
  • Remote engagement
  • Personnel must be available to attend meetings with the COR and stakeholders at the Parklawn Building, 5600 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD 20857, as required

Description:
  • Responsible for ensuring the project team completes the project; oversees and manages the other Project Management Office (PMO) members.
  • Provides the overall management of the project direction as related to functionality, schedule and budget.
  • Ensures adherence to project management and software development life cycle and best practices.
  • Manages the team's performance on project tasks, provides overall project and budget planning, monitoring and control; provides periodic status reports for Senior Leadership.
  • Coordinates project issues and dependencies, reviews and approves architecture and product direction and secures acceptance and approval of deliverables from the project sponsor.
  • Responsible for status reporting, risk management, and escalation of issues that cannot be resolved by the project team, liaises with all current and future stakeholders.
  • Develops staffing plans, manages recruitments and roll-offs.
