Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
  • Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities in one-on-one and group therapy sessions targeting specific mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to create a holistic approach to treatment, ensuring a cohesive and supportive care experience for clients.
  • Provide timely crisis intervention, utilizing applicable skills and strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies with compassion and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
