Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to treat adults experiencing a range of emotional disorders.

  • Work collaboratively with Brightside's psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.

  • Monitor client progress using automated symptom assessments and functional improvement measures to adjust treatment plans as needed.

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation through our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system, which is designed for efficiency and compliance.

  • Participate in weekly clinical consultation sessions with leadership, enhancing your ongoing professional development and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Brightside, you will primarily serve adults confronting various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and emotional distress. Qualifications
  • Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in your state of practice.
