Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to create your own schedule within the hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be supported by a collaborative virtual team that prioritizes seamless communication and teamwork. Utilizing advanced digital tools, such as our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system, you will have access to resources that streamline documentation and enhance treatment delivery, ensuring efficient and effective care for your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, employing proven techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methods.
• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Utilize automatically generated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to monitor client improvement, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing weekly drop-in consultation sessions with clinical leadership to receive support, share insights, and enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse adult population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to those at risk of suicide. We prioritize culturally responsive care and welcome counselors who are committed to treating all populations with respect and empathy, recognizing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• Independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for a minimum of one year.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult populations, specifically providing CBT or other evidence-based interventions.
• Experience with higher-risk populations, enhancing your ability to provide effective care in challenging situations.
• Proficiency with digital tools and an enthusiasm for integrating technology into your clinical practice to improve service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, with additional bonuses available based on performance.
