Healing Reflection Counseling is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is designed for licensed professionals in California, such as LMFTs, LCSWs, or LPCCs, who are committed to providing exceptional virtual care and making a positive impact in the mental health community.

This remote position allows for flexibility and work-life balance, enabling therapists to deliver care from the comfort of their own home or any location of their choice within California. Our outpatient office setting serves as the foundation for collaboration and support among team members while promoting a positive remote work culture. While you'll engage primarily with clients virtually, you will have access to our team support as needed for consultation and peer supervision.

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and needs using clinical tools and screenings.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver effective therapy services, ensuring a focus on the client's journey toward recovery.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes comprehensively and in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with licensing and organizational standards.
• Participate in regular case management meetings and peer review opportunities to enhance clinical skills and improve client care.

As a remote Mental Health Therapist, you will support a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will work with clients of various age groups, from adolescents to adults, providing therapeutic services that enhance their emotional resilience and personal growth.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted California state license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Proficient in using virtual therapy platforms and technology to facilitate remote therapy sessions.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care are essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling or psychotherapy services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is highly desirable.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competencies in mental health.
