Role Description The Fashion Stylist is a full-time, on-site role based in Paso Robles, CA. In this position, the stylist collaborates with customers to understand their personal style, body type, and wardrobe needs, and curates outfits and accessories that reflect their preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing personalized styling sessions, supporting customers on the sales floor, managing fitting room experiences, and maintaining visually appealing displays. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, recommending new arrivals and key pieces, and helping meet store sales goals through knowledgeable, service-oriented interactions. The stylist works closely with the store team to uphold Ambianceโ€™s standards of luxury, professionalism, and an elevated yet welcoming shopping experience.
