Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), focusing on goal-oriented and solution-focused interventions.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards for all documentation.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic client care.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving clinical outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and community resources available for additional assistance.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to continuously enhance therapy practices and client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By utilizing a holistic approach, you will focus on helping clients achieve meaningful progress in their personal development and mental health recovery.

Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to a culture of support and continuous growth.
Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings, demonstrating a strong background in therapy modalities such as CBT and DBT. Experience with diverse client populations and familiarity with community resources will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year based on experience and licensure.
