Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive relationships, while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress, discuss stability, and plan for potential discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and consistently monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs, ensuring a person-centered approach.
• Document all client interactions diligently and maintain accurate progress notes and records in accordance with HIPAA compliance.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to accurately identify client needs and inform effective treatment strategies.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, focusing on specific therapeutic goals and progress.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions for ongoing professional support and development.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to enhance client care and share critical insights.
• Adopt a growth mindset and actively seek out innovative practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Inner Peace, our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, including adults, children, and families facing a multitude of mental health challenges. We focus on providing access to high-quality, low-restriction environments wherever possible, fostering a supportive and therapeutic atmosphere conducive to healing.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• Possession of an unrestricted, independent, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience post-graduation in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS software, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY.
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with demonstrable skills in developing therapeutic rapport.
• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and evaluating client needs effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specialized populations, such as children or underserved communities, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and counseling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting the expertise and experience of the candidate. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive pay, health insurance (medical, vision, and dental), a 401k retirement plan with company contributions, and malpractice insurance coverage for clinicians. We operate on a fee-for-service model, guaranteeing payments ahead of collections to alleviate financial stress associated with delayed reimbursements.
