Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's therapeutic goals.
• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth.
• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards by documenting clinical progress according to required guidelines and safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education to remain informed about the latest advancements and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a counselor, you will facilitate therapeutic processes that encourage personal exploration, emotional healing, and positive change, assisting clients in overcoming short-term and long-term difficulties.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
• A comprehensive understanding of ethical standards and legal requirements essential for counseling practice.
