Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, grounded in thorough assessments and evaluations.

  • Provide diverse therapeutic interventions including individual, couple, family, and group counseling utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, while also handling billing and administrative tasks to allow a focus on client care.
