Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health challenges, ensuring an accurate diagnosis to inform treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs, setting specific goals that cater to each clientโ€™s distinct needs and circumstances.
  • Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions, both individually and in group settings, to promote healing and development within your clientele.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver an integrated approach to care; ensure continuity for clients across their treatment journey.
  • Provide education and support to clients' families, assisting them in understanding various mental health issues and how to best support their loved ones during the healing process.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and therapy outcomes while adhering to all ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals and families grappling with a range of mental health concerns, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will support our diverse patient population by employing culturally competent approaches that resonate with their unique experiences.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to quickly cultivate a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
  • Ability to approach clients with empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental mindset to foster an open and safe environment for healing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are vital to juggle caseloads and administrative duties effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health challenges is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000, complemented by a one-time sign-on bonus of $3,000.
