Compensation:Budgeted between $72,000 and $90,000 dependent upon applicable experience.

Remote:Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze end-to-end ambulatory revenue cycle performance.

  • Develop dashboards and reports (Days in A/R, denial rates, clean claim rate, etc.).

  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights.

  • Perform root cause analysis on denials and revenue leakage.

  • Collaborate with operations, billing, and coding teams.

  • Monitor payer performance and reimbursement trends.

  • Support urgent care workflow optimization.

  • Assist with automation and reporting enhancements.

  • Ensure compliance with coding and payer regulations.

  • Participate in audits and ad hoc reporting.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Five years of healthcare revenue cycle analytics experience.

  • Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle.

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar tools.

  • Experience with EHR/PM systems.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in urgent care or high-volume outpatient settings.

  • Proficiency with Power BI.

  • Experience with Snowflake.

  • Experience using VisiQuate.

  • Knowledge of urgent care billing nuances.

  • Relevant certifications (HFMA, CPC, CRCR).

Travel:

  • Ability to travel
