• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand client needs, strengths, and challenges, establishing personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, applying modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to individual circumstances.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and group therapy sessions to address critical mental health themes and provide peer support.
• Collaborate proactively with other professionals in case consultations, ensuring a holistic approach to client care that covers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, offering timely assistance in emergency situations to help clients navigate acute distress.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources to foster their understanding and self-advocacy.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards for confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including team meetings, and stay informed about the latest therapeutic research.

Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and demographics, each with unique mental health needs. As a therapist, you will work with individuals, couples, and families, employing a culturally competent approach that respects and addresses their diverse experiences. Your efforts will directly contribute to improved patient outcomes and overall mental health resilience.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Kansas.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions, with proven skills in assessment and treatment planning.
• Demonstrated experience delivering individual and group therapy to varied patient populations, with effective engagement strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and colleagues.
• Strong ethical judgment, maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to confidentiality protocols.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology for clinical documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as trauma-informed care, play therapy, or family systems therapy is advantageous.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral networks for comprehensive patient assistance.
• Previous experience with teletherapy and virtual collaboration tools to enhance client relationships.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
