The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring therapeutic experiences are engaging, personalized, and effective, fostering a supportive environment that promotes individual growth and development.

About the Organization

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. As part of a community health clinic, you will collaborate consistently with a diverse team of mental health professionals, case managers, and community partners to ensure our clients receive the best possible care. By leveraging various technologies, including Electronic Health Record systems, you will maintain a seamless workflow while providing telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s needs.
  • Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visit sessions per week, ensuring timely documentation of treatments, reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with families, schools, medical staff, and other community service providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Utilize creativity to develop and implement interventions, guiding clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and overcome challenges.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills and contribute to the teamโ€™s shared mission.
  • Model a compassionate approach to therapy, establishing appropriate and stable boundaries with clients while encouraging a supportive and inclusive environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on providing high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families. You will have the opportunity to engage with individuals from varied backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, ensuring they receive culturally competent care that resonates with their experiences and unique perspectives.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Possession of a valid LMFT clinical license in Pennsylvania.
  • Proven experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Timeliness in completing and submitting documentation of services and other administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population and adapt therapeutic strategies to meet client needs.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, particularly Valant, is a plus.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions.
  • Previous work in a community health setting or with underrepresented populations is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, accompanied by potential sign-on bonuses. Additional benefits include:

  • Flexible scheduling that accommodates personal and professional commitments.
  • An hourly pay structure supplemented by commission based on client sessions.
  • Paid holidays, including your birthday.
  • Access to a comprehensive Continuing Education Library for professional development.
  • Pay for administrative time spent on consultations and documentation, ensuring that you can focus more on your clients.
