We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team at Manhattan Behavioral Health. In this full-time remote role, you will engage with clients to evaluate their mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and foster a nurturing therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose clients accurately.
  • Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual evaluations, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, including case notes, treatment reviews, and clinical assessments in compliance with company policies.
  • For full-time therapists, uphold a manageable caseload of at least 27 client visits per week.
  • Work closely with other health professionals, including case managers and school personnel, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Engage in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to further enhance your skills and contribute to our collective growth.
  • Utilize innovative intervention methods to empower clients in reaching their goals and exceeding their expectations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a varied patient population, including children, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Holding a valid LMFT license in Pennsylvania is required.
  • Proficiency in clinical documentation practices, including treatment plans and case notes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to maintain and submit timely documentation of services provided.
  • Ability to establish appropriate boundaries with clients while fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.
  • Comfort working with a diverse client base, respecting all cultural backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and electronic health records systems; experience with Valant is a plus.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a community health clinic setting is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working with children, adolescents, and families is preferred.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus. Our benefits include:
