This role is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy from the comfort of your own space while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to accurately diagnose clients and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
  • Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 27 client visits per week, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless management of ongoing cases.
  • Collaborate actively with a dynamic team during clinical staff meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Employ creative and evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their therapeutic goals, adapting your approach to meet varying needs.
  • Document all clinical interactions in accordance with company policies, including the completion of assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
  • Facilitate coordination with case managers, families, healthcare providers, and educational staff to create a holistic support system for clients.
  • Participate in continuous professional development through training and workshops to stay updated on best practices in the field.
  • Contribute to building a positive and thriving team culture that fosters mutual respect and collaboration.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing timely documentation and administrative tasks using Office 365 and Electronic Health Records, with Valant experience considered a plus.

  • A strong comfort level in working with a diverse clientele is essential.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.

  • Experience with Telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions is a plus.
