• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health issues and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Deliver effective telehealth counseling sessions via recognized online platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health professionals as needed, sharing insights and treatment plans to optimize care delivery.
• Engage in regular supervision and multi-disciplinary team meetings to facilitate case discussions and obtain valuable feedback.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of best practices in mental health counseling.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, reflecting the multicultural fabric of our community in Texas. Your ability to connect with various populations while offering tailored therapeutic interventions will be integral in fostering positive client outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience working in a clinical counseling setting.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual communication technologies is preferred.
• Demonstrable strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while managing a caseload of clients with varying needs.

• Previous experience in telehealth counseling, particularly in utilizing digital assessment tools and therapeutic techniques, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards in a telehealth setting is a plus.
• Experience in working with specific populations, such as children, LGBTQ+ individuals, or those with substance use disorders, will be considered an asset.
