Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass specific goals based on clients’ needs and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, coordinating efforts with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists.
• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards while using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, including psychoeducation classes and support groups, to enhance community building among clients.
• Provide support in navigating community resources, helping clients achieve greater independence and stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a diverse array of clients, ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits
