Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients to identify their unique needs and challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions that promote personal insight and emotional growth, adapting techniques as needed to meet each client's requirements.
  • Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with each client and consistently monitor and evaluate their progress towards these objectives.
  • Offer flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients with varying schedules or accessibility needs, ensuring consistent and supportive care.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to uphold ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with evolving practices in mental health counseling.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Active and valid licensed in the state as either an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
