The Health Booster Counseling Clinic in Glendale, Arizona, is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor with expertise in either Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Professional Counseling (LPC), or Clinical Social Work (LCSW). Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and tailor evidence-based therapeutic interventions effective for diverse populations, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, concentrating on mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care and address all aspects of a patientโ€™s well-being.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for patients in mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.
  • Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and available community resources, empowering them to take charge of their health.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all patient interactions, following legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.
