This full-time remote position allows licensed professionals—including LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs—to focus on providing exceptional therapeutic services to clients in a convenient and supportive online environment. Our aim is to create impactful connections between therapists and clients through our user-friendly digital platform.

About the Organization

At Clason Mental Health Clinic, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of mental health care delivery. Our clinic specializes in telehealth services, providing accessible and effective treatment options to patients across Tennessee. We are committed to promoting mental well-being and supporting our therapists by streamlining administrative tasks, enabling our team to prioritize client care. With a focus on innovative approaches and evidence-based practices, we foster a collaborative environment that cultivates professional growth and patient-centered outcomes.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while connecting with clients via our advanced telehealth system. You will conduct therapy sessions from your home or any space conducive to providing quality mental health care. The clinic provides support through technological resources and a range of administrative assistance, enabling our therapists to devote their time exclusively to clinical duties without the burdens of overhead management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored therapy plans to address their specific challenges.
  • Perform regular therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and track progress goals, regularly adjusting therapy approaches based on client feedback and outcomes.
  • Utilize telehealth solutions to enhance accessibility, ensuring clients have the convenience necessary for ongoing therapeutic engagement.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, evaluations, and progress reports to uphold high standards of care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions and reviewing current literature to stay updated on emerging trends in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your work will be with pre-screened, low-acuity clients who seek support for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our client-centered approach allows you to deeply engage with individuals seeking help in a way that is both meaningful and impactful, fostering long-term therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology.
  • An active and valid LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience demonstrating a strong background in therapeutic practices and patient management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside proficient organizational abilities to manage client caseloads effectively.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with 3 or more years in therapeutic practice, particularly in a remote setting, will be preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapy tools will be advantageous as we aim to maintain superior quality of care in a virtual format.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance. Additional benefits are provided through a 401(k) retirement plan, paid leave, and life insurance coverage, ensuring that you have the support needed both professionally and personally.
