• Conduct remote counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, using telehealth platforms for effective communication and engagement.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that focus on stress management, goal setting, and enhancing clients' overall well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring the delivery of effective interventions.
• Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes, using our electronic health record (EHR) system for accurate record-keeping.
• Engage in regular case consultations with the clinical team to share insights, discuss challenges, and collaborate on program improvements.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Compassionate Healing Counseling, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your expertise will help clients navigate stress, develop effective coping strategies, and foster personal growth while ensuring that care is delivered with cultural sensitivity and respect for varying backgrounds.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapeutic services to clients, including individuals and groups.
• Active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or the ability to obtain licensure.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated competency in building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to providing affirming care and maintaining cultural sensitivity in all client interactions.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Interest in participating in professional development opportunities, including training on emerging therapies and methodologies.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:
