This position offers the flexibility of a remote setting, allowing you to work comfortably from your own home while engaging directly with clients through our secure telehealth platform. You will have the resources to effectively manage your client load, maintain thorough documentation, and collaborate with other healthcare providers as necessary. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and history.
• Design customized treatment plans that reflect an understanding of individual circumstances, cultural background, and therapeutic goals.
• Execute evidence-based counseling interventions and conduct regular progress reviews to optimize treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain updated knowledge of therapeutic techniques and methodologies to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
• Create a warm and inviting atmosphere during counseling sessions, promoting open dialogue and trust between you and the clients.
• Facilitate referrals to other mental health professionals when cases require specialized support.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and monitoring of patients to adapt treatment strategies and support their journey towards recovery.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Hope Being Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base, ranging from children to adults dealing with various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to connect with individuals from different backgrounds and understand their unique experiences will be crucial in fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.

• A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Active professional licensure to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to fit the unique needs of each individual.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology for effective counseling delivery.

• Previous experience delivering counseling services via telehealth.
• Background in a specialized area of mental health (e.g., trauma-informed care, family therapy, addiction counseling) is a plus.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
