Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of clinical duties, including:

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current state license in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
  • Ability to practice independently and provide supervised care with no disciplinary actions on your license.
  • Demonstrated capability to provide direct clinical services in a mental health setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect empathy with effective treatment strategies.
  • Basic computer literacy to maintain electronic health records and facilitate virtual sessions.
  • A reliable internet connection for uninterrupted remote work.
Preferred Experience
